Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a key labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
